Our story began with Inspire.
The flexible resourcing business and consultancy we built around exceptional people, strong relationships and an uncompromising focus on delivery.
Through Team Inspire, we gave organisations flexible access to sought-after specialists, experienced leaders and multidisciplinary teams. Working directly with clients and alongside major delivery partners, our people became part of pioneering technology, critical infrastructure and large-scale transformation across the public and private sectors.
That experience showed us the difference exceptional people can make when they come together around a shared ambition.
Then our perspective changed
We stepped inside the organisations we had previously supported.
We led businesses and functions. Shaped strategy. Delivered transformation. Built teams. Launched products. Entered new markets and created commercial growth.
We experienced the capability challenge from every side. As founders. As senior leaders. As clients. As delivery partners. And we saw the same truth repeatedly: ambition is rarely the problem. The challenge is bringing together the breadth of capability needed to make it happen.
Technology, transformation and growth no longer happen separately. New technology changes how organisations operate. Transformation depends on people, adoption and commercial understanding. Innovation only creates value when it solves a real problem, reaches the market and is used.

BeInspired is a female-led business created by Sue Parker-Arnold and Neil Parker, the team who first built Inspire together.
