Where it began
Our story began with Inspire.
We founded Inspire, a specialist consultancy and flexible resourcing business trusted by world-leading technology companies, global systems integrators, major enterprises and public-sector organisations.
We had the privilege of supporting programmes of exceptional scale, complexity and significance across pioneering technology, critical national infrastructure and large-scale transformation.
Team Inspire brought together the specialist expertise these programmes demanded. We were trusted to mobilise quickly, strengthen delivery from day one and get it right when the challenge was complex and the stakes were high.
In the years that followed, we took that experience client-side, building and leading businesses and functions, shaping strategy, transforming operating models, commercialising technology, entering new markets and creating growth.
We understand capability from both sides: how to find and mobilise exceptional people, and what it takes to lead that capability from within an organisation and turn ambition into results.
