Modern slavery and human trafficking statement

BeInspired Limited is committed to conducting business responsibly and with respect for human rights.

We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking, child labour or other forms of exploitation within our business or supply chain.

This statement sets out the approach BeInspired takes to reducing the risk of modern slavery within our operations and the organisations and people with whom we work.

BeInspired is a Technology, Transformation & Growth delivery partner.

We work directly with public-sector organisations, enterprises and technology businesses, and alongside systems integrators and prime contractors.

Through Team Inspire, we assemble and mobilise flexible specialists, interim leaders and multi-discipline teams for workstreams and programmes across Technology, Transformation and Growth.

Our supply chain is primarily made up of professional specialists, limited companies, approved employment and umbrella businesses, technology providers and other professional service suppliers.

We expect everyone working for or with BeInspired to act lawfully, fairly and with respect for the rights and dignity of others.

We will not knowingly work with any organisation or individual involved in forced labour, human trafficking, unlawful child labour, coercion or other forms of modern slavery.

We expect suppliers and partners to comply with applicable employment, labour, immigration and human-rights legislation and to maintain appropriate working practices.

Our approach is proportionate to the nature of our business and the risks associated with each engagement. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• confirming identity and Right to Work
• checking the legal entity through which a specialist is engaged
• reviewing professional history, references and relevant credentials
• using appropriate screening and verification before mobilisation
• working with established and appropriately governed suppliers
• investigating concerns raised about working conditions, employment practices or supply-chain arrangements
• carrying out further checks where an engagement, supplier, geography or working arrangement presents a higher risk

BeInspired’s existing operating model already includes structured verification before specialists are mobilised, so this fits naturally with the way Team Inspire is intended to operate.

We expect suppliers and business partners to share our commitment to preventing exploitation.

Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a supplier, partner or other party is failing to meet these standards, we will investigate the matter and determine the appropriate action.

This may include requesting corrective action, suspending an engagement, ending the commercial relationship or referring a matter to the appropriate authority.

Anyone working with or on behalf of BeInspired who becomes aware of, or suspects, modern slavery or exploitative working practices should raise the matter with BeInspired.

Reports made in good faith will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Responsibility for BeInspired’s approach to modern slavery sits with the company’s leadership.

We will review our approach as the business develops, our supply chain changes and our work with customers, specialists and delivery partners grows.

This statement will be reviewed at least annually.
